Shipping policy

When will my item ship?

Orders for products which are in-stock will be processed within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an additional email when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware this timeline does not apply to preorder/presale merchandise, which will have an ETA mentioned on the product page. Shipping estimates are subject to change due to natural disaster and shipping/handling delays. 

Orders combining different availability status (i.e., preorder, presale, and/or in stock)  will not ship until ALL products are in stock.

International Shipments

SUNNY & KO is not responsible for duty costs/customs fees and other costs associated with international shipments. 

Shipping Support

In the event that your order arrives damaged, or packaging is tampered with, please email us at support@sunnyandko.com. 

If you need to update address or shipping information after placing an order, this can be done as long as an email to support@sunnyandko.com is received prior to the shipping confirmation email. 

SUNNY & KO is not responsible for delivery issues or replacement if an email is not received prior to the item being shipped. 

SUNNY & KO is not liable for any lost packages. If the package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier for assistance with a resolution.
